information that personally identifies you. The Sunshine Imprint

information is used to fill out a shipping label to ship items
order by you to you.
Principle 2.
The Sunshine Imprint Co. keeps all of your Information private
and does not share it with any third parties. The Sunshine
Imprint Co. will not disclose your Information unless acting

conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2)
protect and defend the rights or property of The Sunshine Imprint
Co.; (3) enforce the The Sunshine Imprint Co. Terms of Service; or (4) act to

check bank account numbers.
Principle 3.
We do not spam! If you have received an e-mail from us it because we been to your web site and we have found your e-mail address there, and you site interesting enough to contact you. We feel that if you have posted your e-mail address on your site than it is an open invitation to us to contact you. We respect all notices on your site of "PLEASE NO SPAM!". The Sunshine Imprint Co. will not buy, compile, or use e-mail Spam mailing lists.
As a customer of The Sunshine Imprint Co. you will receive notices from The
Sunshine Imprint Co. via e-mail explaining the hidden file locations on our web site
to where you can view artwork samples that are being designed by
The Sunshine Imprint Co. for your order. Under exigent
circumstances, The Sunshine Imprint Co. may be required to send
you information about your accounts payable. We don't like Spam!

If at any time you believe that The Sunshine Imprint Co. has not
adhered to these principles, please notify us by e-mail at The Sunshine Imprint
Co will use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly
determine and correct the problem.
